Task Heroes provides one-time or short-term cleaning and moving services across selected UK regions. All bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse any service request that falls outside our scope of expertise, risks safety, or violates the law.
All service requests must be made via our website, phone, or email.
You will receive a confirmation email with your service details once we’ve reviewed your request.
Bookings are only secured upon confirmation and/or payment, depending on the service.
Quotes are based on the details you provide.
Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to pricing adjustments.
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due either before or upon completion of service, as stated in your invoice.
We accept payments via:
Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card
Online Payment Gateway
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur the full service charge.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, staffing issues, or other emergencies.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information when booking.
Grant us access to the property during the scheduled time.
Ensure the space is safe for our staff.
Notify us of any pets, health hazards, or fragile items.
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to lack of access or unsafe environments.
If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a re-clean or follow-up if justified.
Note: The guarantee does not cover:
Areas we were not instructed to clean/move
Pre-existing damage
Services beyond our listed scope
Our team is trained and insured.
While we take the utmost care, Task Heroes is not liable for:
Damage due to pre-existing conditions
Normal wear and tear
Items not properly secured before moving
Losses due to force majeure (e.g. flood, fire, acts of God)
Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service.
We may use qualified subcontractors or vetted workers to fulfill certain tasks. All subcontractors are required to follow our quality and safety standards.
All content on our website (logos, text, images, designs) is the property of Task Heroes and protected under copyright laws. You may not reuse or reproduce our materials without permission.
You may not:
Attempt to copy or reverse-engineer our platform or service process
Misuse our website or impersonate others
Use our service for illegal purposes
